Healing & Coaching Program
The Insight and Beyond Personalized Coaching Program is a 6 month program meeting weekly or bi-weekly. This program requires your dedication and commitment to your personal growth as well as a time commitment to complete the work. The coaching program is designed to include elements of personal grief and healing, energy and breath work, intuitive guidance, shadow work exercises, and other healing modalities.
